Returns and Refund Policy

At we are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and service.

Should any product purchased from be found to be faulty, damaged in transit(except for man-made damages from the customer), or differing from the description given at the website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer (Aquarium Glass Heaters / Reptile Bulb/ Lamp no refund or replacement). All returns must be notified to within 7 days of delivery of the product.

In the event of a customer purchasing an item from mistakenly and through no fault of, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to unused and in saleable condition In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, reserves the right to charge an uplift fee (25 AED) to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. combo offer Order not returnable. 

Return Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging and not used in water (make sure B&K water seal not damage). Exchange must be within 3 days from date of purchase.
